Our Client

Schoox is a leader in online learning management systems. They facilitate employee education which helps propel the success of entire organizations through engaging, on-demand learning opportunities that suit a variety of learning styles. Privy to our reputation as an industry leader, Schoox recently contacted us and expressed their desire to break into the trade show industry. We were honored and excited to debut this fantastic company at two major trade shows.

The Climate

Because this was their inaugural trade show season, Schoox was new to design elements, show services, booth staffing, and transportation. We walked with them every step of the way and created an exceptional booth that captures the essence of who they are and what they’re all about.

The Presentation

Our main goal was to differentiate Schoox and create a booth that attendees would be talking about long after each show.

We replicated the lime green “X” for Schoox, enlarged it and hung it from the ceiling above the booth. It truly disrupted the trade show floor and got attendees talking!

  • We integrated several conversation areas including a couch, bar, bistro table and front counter, some that facilitated one-on one conversation and others that facilitated group conversation and product demonstration.
  • We incorporated clean and simple design elements which allowed Schoox product to pop and shine on large demo monitors.
  • We created a large storage tower that included a prominent graphic mural as a booth identifier and lockable storage for Schoox presenters.
  • We also introduced them to our new Digital Event Marketing Services powered by Wild Fig Marketing. This service helped them pre-book appointments before the show started, provided a SMS campaign to increase booth engagement at the event and followed up with prospects after the show was over.

The Result

We made the process of preparing for their shows easy and painless. We introduced Schoox in a bold and unique way and they were pleased with the results. At their second show alone, Schoox generated over 500 qualified leads and took home a prestigious award – the Best Newcomer Booth – from among 150+ new exhibitors. We look forward to participating in two more shows with Schoox this fall where they plan to expand their booth and continue to develop their branding!
